First Oxbridge Academy Football "Live It"

On August 20, 2012 the Oxbridge Academy Thunderwolves football team started their inaugural week of practice. On August 24, 2012 they participated in Coach Doug Socha's "Live It" workout. This workout is an extremely intense workout for 48 minutes, which is the same length as a high school football game. You do a few specific workouts for 12 minutes straight and take short rests between quarters, then change up the workout. This prepares the players to be strong, tough, and keep them going with a great mentality throughout the entire length of a football game. Coach Socha focuses on "finishing" in many of his drills.

Look below for the schedule of the inaugural season of Oxbridge Football. There will be no home games this season as our new stadium is in the process of being built. Come see us in action at our first game ever on September 19th at Palm Beach Lakes High School.
